Hi guys,
I am just starting out with my blog and I am unsure of how to get tabs on my blog. A friend said they would do it for me but she is super busy with her blog and has not had the time. So I was wondering if any of you wonderful people could help me out. I am not good with html or any of that stuff, which is why she was going to do it for me, but if you make the explanation super super easy, I should be able to do it myself. (I hope)

Thanks so much!

Joni

Go to Blog Bulk or Blog Sentral both I have used to help me make my site. Also if you choose a template that has tabs already and modify the rest it may be easier. That is what I do!

Another good site for other things is Amanda http://www.kevinandamanda.com/whatsnew/category/tutorials/blog-design she shows it to you pretty easy as well.

Hi Joni,

Looks like you already have some great suggestions but as I'm at a complete loss when it comes to being HTMLy, I just used what blogger gave me! Like this...

1. Sign in to your blog and click 'Design' in the top right corner
2. At the top, click 'Posting'.
3. Instead of posting as normal, click 'Edit Pages'.
4. Click 'New Page' and start designing your pages! When you create your first page, it'll ask you whether you want a list or tabs so you're free to choose...

That's how I finally managed it after ages of trying to work out downloads and copying and pasting all sorts of codes with no luck. Then you can just select colours and backgrounds etc. through the 'Template Designer' under the Design tab (via 'Advanced' options I think...)

I hope that helps and saves you some confusion!

If you want to nosy at mine before you try, it's here.

Let me know if you have any success :)
