The Book Blogger Convention - Who's Going?

Is anyone else attending the Book Expo and / or the Book Blogger Convention in May? This will be my first time going. I thought it would be a good idea to get to know some other people who are going before I venture out there alone...!

Last May was my first time in New York. I did BEA, BBC, AND met my fiancee! Best trip ever. Also saw Jimmy Fallon live.

I'm going to BEA proper, but not sure if I can swing the Book blogger conference too. That's on the Friday?

Also noting, I'm based in NYC and would love to meet up... even if I can't make the book blogger part.

Yes, the blogger convention is on Friday. There's a gathering on Thursday night as well..

I am going to BEA and plan to at least drop in on the Book Blogger Convention, and may host a dinner for book bloggers & authors at my home in Brooklyn one night.

Part of me wishes I could say sure i am going to go. But let me tell you, no matter how much fun that would be I would not give up what I will be doing that day for anything in the world. I will be somewhere on my way back from the Virgin Islands. Yep I will be on a cruise at that time so no book blogger convention for me....sun and pool side reading though.
