I have done some research but could still use some help. How does one join a Twitter tribe and is it worth it?
As far as I understand it, it's just reciprocating and engaging, building followers while you follow those you like. Unfollowing inactive people and that way you build like a circle of friends.
Thanks but I believe the "tribes" are something a little different from that. They are groups that you can form or join and there is mutual promotion that takes place.
Are you talking about Triberr? That you join a tribe and link your blog so that when you do a post it is shared with your tribemates? And you share theirs of course.
If that's what you are talking about I use Triber and find it has good points and bad. There are many people that post multiple posts but do not share anyones but for the most part it's good and has some excellent members. Let me know if you are interested, I have 2 tribes I am "chief" of and I can send you an invite.
Yes. That is it! Thanks so much for the information and, yes, I am interested in joining. I would appreciate an invite :)
search for either All Things Literary or Indie Author's Support and send a request. I have tried to search for you and have not been able to find you.
I apologize but I tried to find both and couldn't. My twitter name is @sbparnell
if that helps. Let me know. Thanks :)
it's not letting me find you. Can you send me your email address and I will send you an invite that way. Send it to email@example.com
I'm not sure I am the one to provide you with this information since I am still trying to catch up with it. Deena, who has provided the other responses, has been very helpful.
The way I understand it is that you can either join or create a tribe and it is a network with other people and you all help one another with promotion by tweeting and retweeting the others' posts.
If may be incorrect on some points and if I am, I am hoping to be corrected.
I hope that was somewhat helpful.
Never heard of it. Any link? I'd like to visit...
