I'm trying to increase my following on twitter. So far I have been replying to people with similar interests and asking them to follow me! What is the best way to do it. Oh , and please follow me on @Segametsi :)

Happy to follow you... heres a little tip. Go into Twitter daily to tweet, while you are there look for other bloggers like you and follow them. I would say 9/10 people who I follow end up following back. Then you also can keep up on what other bloggers like you are doing by checking out your feed each day.

They say that on Twitter you need to provide 90% of your posts as help for those that read your tweets and follow your tweets. To get more people reading what you post, try using a # (hashtag) to target your audience. Also, participate in any tweet chats that might be connected with your blog - like #blogchat on Sunday nights.
