Uploading Book Covers

How to | upload the cover of my book The Assassination Diaries?  I just can't work it out.  I find the file, clicl "Open" and nothing happens.  Help

It all depends, where are you trying to upload it to? Is this the .pdf file you are uploading? Does whatever program your using to upload accept .pdf files? Does it give you any errors?

It is a pdf but nothing happens!

John different sites will accept different image types.  First step is to find out which format the site you are attempting to load up to accepts.  If the site requires jpeg, or gif etc then the it will not accept your pdf image when you open it.  Second if the site does not accept pdf then you will have to open your image on your PC then save your image in another format and then upload it.  I hope this helps.

If you use the JPG file, go to the picture, then go to file, open with Microsofit office, you'll be able to resize the picture to the number of pixels the format will accept.  That's most likely your problem. When I was uploading a picture for my e-book, it had to be a certain number of pixels, height/width.
