Using LibraryThing and GoodReads to promote your blog

I've been on GoodReads for about a year and just discovered LibraryThing.  What are some good ways to use those sites to enhance and promote my blog?  Now that I blog, I find I really don't have time to be active on GR and LT (I also work full time).  But I don't want to ignore a great resource and could really use new readers.  These sites seem like a great resource for bloggers if I knew how to use them.  Thanks for your suggestions!
