WANTED: Book Review Helper

Hey Everyone, 

My name is Shayna Gier. I'm a self-published author, and also book reviewer on my site, Shaynagier.com.

When I started reviewing books in January, I was doing ok, and able to offer timely turn-arounds. I started my site to cater to both authors and readers, and most of my authors have written me saying that they really like the way that I'm set up. The problem is, with Aspie mood-changes, I can't read and review books nearly as quickly as I wanted to. I still want to read all books that are sent to me, but it's taking me forever to get to them. Some of this is my fault, some just circumstantial. At any rate, a friend of mine was going to help me out, but that fell through and I decided that I'd open it up to someone I don't already know. They do say not to do business with your friends anyways. While a position at Shaynagier.com is not paid, you will get to put it on your resume in the future, and you will be credited for all the posts that you publish. You will get a email specifically for site-business, and you will be given access to any and all books that I am offered to review. 

I'm looking for someone that knows how to stay organized, as I lack the skill myself, and who loves to read. I review anything and everything (mostly fiction) so diverse tastes is a plus. Your first task will likely be setting up a Review list, listing the titles, dates, and other services agreed to so that we both have a list to go off of. You will, of course, be reviewing books as well and we can talk about that after I've figured out who you are. 

Maybe you would like to review books but you just can't deal with setting up a website, maybe you have a site but can't get viewers, or maybe you can't figure out how to start reviewing on your own- whatever the scenario I'd love to work with you! 

Please respond below if you are interested, as well as message me the answers to the following questions. I prefer that you have Skype or some other IM service that we can communicate on if you are chosen.

1- What are your favorite books/genres? Are you willing to read/review other genres and give a fair and objective review?

2- How old are you (for more-mature books)?

3- Have you written a review before (experience not required)? If So, can you send me a sample of your review. When you review for Shaynagier.com, there will be a format to follow, but I want to see your typical writing too. 

4- How many hours/days a week can/will you commit to checking email/site-related work?
