Was my free promo a success?

I had my first free promo on Saturday and Sunday. 2,500 downloads and about 10 likes, but no reviews (yet) Was 125 on Kindle free, 7 in horror, and 1 in political fiction. That all sounds great to me, but 3 weeks ago I was just a truck driver and not a truck driver/author. Can someone let me know if that's "good"? Thanks.
