What book did you decide you hated in the first chapter?

One for the Money by Janet Evanovich. I have tried to read this book 3 x's , but am just not into it. I prefer Sarah Strohmeyer's Bubbles series.

I am up to 8 in the Evanovich series. I think they are addicting. Strohmeyer's books are on my list!!!!

Haha. Bubbles Betrothed was one of the rare books I hated from the first chapter. I haven't read any of Janet Evanovich's books.

Lord Foul's Bane by Stephen Donaldson. Couldn't get past the first chapter. & I'm one who reads to the end, regardless of whether I loved it, liked it, didn't care about it, or hated it.
