Where to post/discuss book tags?

There have been a lot of great book related tags going around, especially on YouTube.  Is there a place to share these on this site?  I looked through the groups and forums but haven't seen anything yet so thought I'd post about it.

If you know of more tags or can suggest a place to list all of these, that'd be great.  I personally love both doing and reading/watching tags and hope this is enjoyable for others as well!
