My favorite professional reviewing site is Dear Author. That place rocks! I get entertainment from their reviews as well as needed industry news. It's a must-site for authors and readers. I hope to have one of my books reviewed there one day.
I also enjoy Smart Bitches and Trashy Books. They were recently in time magazine I believe.
I used to read the book reviews from Essence Magazine, but I don't anymore.
I read book reviews online. I also enjoy the smaller bloggers (like the ones on book blogs) more than I do some big publication's reviews. I find some of the other book reviews too stuffy and boring. The online bloggers seem to have more of a personality with reviewing and it's easy for an author and reader to relate to them. I've never read the NYT in my life and I've only read Publisher's Weekly reviews occassionally.
The only book reviews I read from a paper was from the Houston Chronicle, my home paper. I never bothered with papers that were from other places and never felt the need to really.
