Stacy, it is not difficult to review a cookbook. Things you consider: Are the ingredients readily available to everyone, or just those in big citieswith specialty markets?. Are the instructions clear? Are the pictures appetizing? Are the recipes unique or the same recipes you find in other cookbooks? And, of course, as in other books, do you like it and why?
