How would you react if someone lifted your interview?

I just discovered that someone lifted my interview verbatim - including the title - and put it on their blog to help promote promote the author on another site. This was done without any note that it came from my blog, that I had written the interview, or even a link back to my blog. It was up there just looking like they had done it.

I'd love to know how others would react.
