Cover Reveal and Blurb Release for: No Such Thing as Perfect by Sarah Daltry and ARC #giveaway!
College was supposed to be perfect. She was supposed to be perfect.

For Lily Drummond, life is about following the rules. To be specific, her mother’s rules. College fit into the plan – maintain perfect grades, date the perfect guy, and live the perfect life. On her own, though, Lily realizes that she doesn’t actually have a plan. Without being told what to think and do, she keeps making mistakes.

Away from home, the perfect facade is beginning to shatter. When Lily herself starts to break, it’s the support of an unlikely friend that teaches her how much of a lie perfect really is – and how to be whole on her own terms

Book Review - The Girl in Black Pajamas by Chris Birdy plus $25 Amazon/Paypal Giveaway

The Girl in Black Pajamas by CHRIS BIRDY is another excellent novel, which continues on from The Girl in White Pajamas, following our hero and heroine as they try to build there lives together.

The truly remarkable thing about the author script is the descriptive style of writing she uses that brings the characters to life and you can actually envisage them in your mind. Along side the descriptive notations is the traits and characteristics that are inside of everyone and with this humanization it makes for a enthralling read.

As one of Bogies employers is shot he is drawn to find out why and by whom. As the investigation takes him away from home his real battle begins in keeping his family together and close on his tail is someone who wants him dead.

In parts there is scenes of a sexual nature which are essential to the story line of one of the characters asking the question to what means would you go to survive.

Bogie's portrayal of his loyalty to his family and friends is the real story line and if you stand by your convictions and stay true to your ethos, those around you will come round to your way of thinking.and will make the bond stronger.

Another great page turner of a story which is full of twists and turns and suspense right to the end. It will make you think about your relationships with your close friends and family. Once you pick this book you you will not want to put it down, you will be disappointed when you finish it because it will leave you wanting more reviews Beck Valley Books!

DAVID JANSSEN was one of Hollywood's hardest working, most beloved, leading men.  His world-wide fame skyrocketed with his consistent, stellar performances as "Dr. Richard Kimble"  in the Q~M Productions "THE FUGITIVE" (ABC Television, 1963-1967). He also starred in three other television series; "Richard Diamond-Private Detective" (CBS & NBC, 1957-1960), "O'HARA, U. S. Treasury"  (CBS, 1971--1972) and "HARRY O" (ANC, 1974-1976).  David Janssen also starred in over forty Made-for-Television moives and fifty feature films.

I co-authored "DAVID JANSSEN-MY FUGITIVE" with David's first wife, Ellie Janssen (Hardcover, 1994 & 2010; Paperback Editions in 1995, 1996 & 1997).  Now, after being urged and inspired by many, many of his fans and a few close friends, my long journey into the past with my friend DAVID JANSSEN has come to an end. My new release, "DAVID JANSSEN~Our Conversations, VOLUME ONE-The Early Years, 1965-1972 & VOLUME TWO, The Final Years, 1973-1980" are now available EXCLUSIVELY on Amazon Kindle.  Softcover Editions are being prepared now, with a Hardcover Edition by Special Order.

Book Review - An Average Joe's Pursuit for Financial Freedom: Change Your Perception of Money by Michael Warren Munsey plus $25 Amazon/Paypal Giveaway

This book is well written with clear explanations and descriptions of anything to do with finance. The author uses clever examples of everyday life to make the best use of our money. When we go to work to make money, how many of us actually make the income work for us?

A chapter is designed for the American market the 401 (k) and the their social security system which I didn't really understand, being in the UK,  but still picked out useful information out that I could use.

The question of does really paying for a good education make you more money, ie being laden with student loans for a long length of time work, is a very apt one for every parent especially when the costs are around £9000 per academic year . Working together with your spouse / partner to work to a budget by creating a spread sheet and sticking to it can have a massive influence on your finances. By identifying what is luxury and what is an necessity is well defined .

This book will give you food for thought and the hints it mentions will make a difference not only to your finances but will also enrich your lifestyle. If you have money / finance problems read this book and also the selected literature that the writer mentions in his book.
