Trouble in Paradise by Deborah Brown - Paradise Series brings back all your favorite characters from the first two books, in tense and hilarious escapades. Madison has built her community well. She's got Fab, the unlikely best friend; Zach, the boyfriend; Creole, the backup boyfriend; and an assortment of seedy people that get her into and out of trouble! Oh, and let's not forget her Mother, who shoots somebody in this book!

Greatly Blessed enjoyed Trouble in Paradise every bit as much as the first two books in the series, and is looking forward to the next two books, as well. If you're lamenting the change to cooler weather, get away to sunny Florida in these great escape books.

Our Beck Valley Books review on Crazy in Paradise by Deborah Brown - Paradise Series author 'a totally enthralling read'...

"As our heroine deals with something that is close to everyone's heart, the death of a close relative and the problems around receiving the inheritance this also brings along change and with change new people and problems crop up. As she moves into her aunts property and meets her new love the story really begins?

I really liked the dirty tricks and dodgy dealings of the lawyer and how he tries to try and hide his real motives which is apparent in everyday life as well as the people he uses and employs to maintain his lifestyle. The author did a great job at describing the characters bringing them to life throughout the story, I could easily imagine how they would be acting and even reminded me of a couple of people I know.

This is the first book in a series, I cannot wait to read the next one, a totally enthralling read.

An excellent debut novel which I really enjoyed, easy to read and follow, full of emotion and personal conflict which builds to an excellent crescendo with an nail biting twist, a must read for all chick lit fans."

I have read all the books thus far in the Love in Bloom series, yes all, and they just get better and better.

Seaside Hearts has my favorite characters so far reoccurring. Jenna, Bella, Amy, and Leanna are still at The Cape this summer, like every summer for so long. They are still watching the men, although two of the ladies are attached to men. Jenna and Amy are still hoping to find what Leanna and Bella have found. These ladies are exactly what best friends should be. They finish each other’s sentences, laugh at private jokes, read each other minds with just a look, and know when the others are falling in love. I am so envious of the relationship’s in this book, both their man/woman relationships and their friendships. It is exactly what every person should have in their lives.

Now onto the fun part….hot and steamy scenes happen often and Melissa Foster knows how to write it. They are hot, steamy, sexy and so fun to read, but don’t cross that line where it is too much. They are written to show the love and respect in the relationship and are never taken lightly. The heart and love between Jenna and Pete is so evident in each interaction, whether in the bedroom or on the beach, that I could not hope but wish for the best for them.

A Soccer Mom's Book Blog highly recommends this entire series. "I cannot wait for more from Melissa Foster. She is an author that always comes through and I know will continue to do so."

Book Review - The Girl in Black Pajamas by Chris Birdy plus $25 Amazon/Paypal Giveaway

The Girl in Black Pajamas by CHRIS BIRDY is another excellent novel, which continues on from The Girl in White Pajamas, following our hero and heroine as they try to build there lives together.

The truly remarkable thing about the author script is the descriptive style of writing she uses that brings the characters to life and you can actually envisage them in your mind. Along side the descriptive notations is the traits and characteristics that are inside of everyone and with this humanization it makes for a enthralling read.

As one of Bogies employers is shot he is drawn to find out why and by whom. As the investigation takes him away from home his real battle begins in keeping his family together and close on his tail is someone who wants him dead.

In parts there is scenes of a sexual nature which are essential to the story line of one of the characters asking the question to what means would you go to survive.

Bogie's portrayal of his loyalty to his family and friends is the real story line and if you stand by your convictions and stay true to your ethos, those around you will come round to your way of thinking.and will make the bond stronger.

Another great page turner of a story which is full of twists and turns and suspense right to the end. It will make you think about your relationships with your close friends and family. Once you pick this book you you will not want to put it down, you will be disappointed when you finish it because it will leave you wanting more reviews Beck Valley Books!
