Author to donate all proceeds from her first novel to a local animal shelter.
Author and Blogger, Brittany Weddle, a native to the downriver area of Michigan has decided to donate all proceeds of her first novel, Payback Time to a local animal shelter, Shelter to Home. This nonprofit organization is different from other shelters and pounds because they have a foster care system, meaning that they put cats and dogs into foster homes until a more permanent home can be found.

A little more about why I'm doing this: I became aware of this shelter a few months ago when there was a write up in my local news paper and a few weeks ago i decided to taket the plunge and volinteer for them and I just fell in love with the whole comcept of Shelter to Home, not to mention the animals.
