Hi.

I'm scheming to give away a book up to $15 from the Book Depository and some e-copies of my book, just itching to set up the Rafflecopter full of facebook likes and twitter and blog follows...

What I'd like to do is find about 10 bookblogs with at least 50 followers apiece, and include all their links in my Rafflecopter in exchange for them posting the giveaway button and a quick blurb about my book.

The book in question is a bit of an ugly duckling, genre-wise. It's part juicy memoir, part thought-provoking narrative and experimental nonfiction, talks about God some (in a far out, existential way), but focuses mainly on recovery from psychosis. It just got a nice review on Amazon and GoodReads... find info, links, and an excerpt for it at its Authors Den page. Also, I've been interviewed at Indie Reviews.

I'm not making any moneys off this book -- just reaching out to counteract ignorance of a really fairly common disorder and hoping to touch the lives of some fellow-sufferers as well as just interested parties.

So if you've got a book blog up and running (even if you're a little shy of 50 followers) and think you might want to participate in this little good-cause and good-prize promotion which will provide you with quality content and help build your network, please post here and/or drop me a line at mruttleysz at gmail dot com. I'm not in a hurry. I'll be posting elsewhere too and approaching a few blogs directly.

Hope to hear from you!

Uttley

Every month, we get together to come up with a top-ten list of the UK titles we’re most looking forward to – and this month we’re focusing on books published in April 2015. It’s an eclectic mix this month, with two SF titles – Poseidon’s Wake and The Rebirths of Tao – which I would highly […]
