Need a good blog designer

Since I work full time and keep up two blogs, I don't really have time to learn how to fancy up my own blog.  Does anyone know a good blog designer who can help me out?  I don't mind paying for good work. 

 

I'd like someone that can suggest good ideas to me.  I'm not always creative with artwork and such.

Have a look at http://www.intothebackground.com/. It's two girls who design blog backgrounds for fun. They don't charge. They did mine for me to the specs I wanted it. They are really helpful. Any other queries let me know.

Maria, you can set it up so that you follow each thread you are writing or are interested in and then they will e-mail you when someone replies. I think it's at the bottom of the thread. It says follow, and then when you don't want to follow anymore it says stop following and you select that.

Have you tried WordPress 2012 or 2011?  It's flexible and you can just add your own header image. nothing else needed really.  I don't have images or buttons on the margins.

Here's mine.  I drew the header image (the pic below) and then just added pictures to my posts and pages.
