And also regarding signatures. You might notice that not many of us use signatures in this forum. Most know that we can find your blog and website by visiting your profile.

Hi Jo-Anne,
Well, as the group moderator I hope I can steer you in the right direction. This group was created as a place for book bloggers to help each other improve their blogs and to learn new blogging techniques in general. I think that this works best when we interact with each other. You are more than free to start threads on "tips" that you think may be of benefit to the group and participate in the discussions that have already been created. You are also more than welcome to link to other articles (I do this a lot) but I hate to have the threads have a spammy feel - like *come and look at me!*
I welcome all contributions and forward ideas of thinking. Looking forward to the information that you have to share.

I don't speak for the group, but I certainly wouldn't mind some general links to start us off. You could do that here, or you could start a topic called "Jo-Anne's Tips" or similar, if you want to avoid feeling like you're spamming the existing threads.

I'm VERY new to this group...and excited to contribute--share my wealth of knowledge (can kinda tell I use to be a teacher, right?...lol).
I know how to dance but have never heard this song--I just hate to step on toes.
I need some direction. I have published posts that pertain to this topic on blogging. I'm not sure how I should share the information with you in this group?
I could:
(a) - list the links and have the viewers click for information.
(b) - read through each previous post and discussion and contribute
or
(c) - leave a friendly comment with my signature (site address) so others would click on my personal blog and retrieve all the FREE information.
