I just finished reading The Recipe Club. I didn't like the book very much, but I tried one of the recipes and it was really good:

I was looking for tasty recipes with vegetables and fruits while finding solutions to keep my energy in seeds and grains.

The author wanted to inspire people to try vegan cooking.
For my part, the bet is successful!

I just posted my thoughts about The Omni Diet by Tana Amen ~ I strongly recommend The Omni Diet - it's ideal for anyone that wants to improve their everyday diet. It's a delicious, normal method of feeding your family.

Delicious Salads, Dressings and Dips by Gabrielle Raiz

A wonderful celebration of salad vegetables, dressings and dips.

Product Details

I openly admit to loving salads which is why I purchased this book, however, nothing could have prepared me for the inspirations I found within.

The author has provided a cornucopia of ideas, including different ways to cut the salad vegetables, fruits, nuts and more, how to use in them, and suggested dressing accompaniments. There are recipes provided for all tastes and cultures using traditional western produce and other more unusual ones.

This book is a must for salad lovers, with it's many new ideas, and may well be a good way to encourage children to eat salad and vegetables  because they are presented so differently.

Asian Recipes - 50 Tasty & Easy Made Unique Exotic Recipes (With Images Of Each Dish And Chef's Note) by Charles Ho

I've loved cooking Indian, Chinese and Thai recipes for many years and so was drawn to this book automatically, however, once I downloaded it, I could not believe the amazing variety of recipes it contains, Filipino, Malaysian, Vietnamese and much more.

The recipes are detailed and contain pictures, which I always think is a real plus in a recipe book, and the addition of 'Chef's Notes and Tips' is a great idea and very useful.

I would recommend this book to novice and expert cooks alike who want to create samples of different cultures cuisines.

Lovely deserts and cakes to cook ahead.

No-Bake Desserts & Refrigerator Cakes - Quick & Easy Recipes

Available on Kindle

This book is full of delicious recipes which have actually been made by the author, I have already tried a few and they have been delicious!

I love the way that the author has taken the time to explain what certain ingredients are called, or can be substituted for, in other countries, and, the fact that she has also used pictures of her own deserts is nice.

No-bake deserts and refrigerator cakes are such a good idea, it's nice to be able to make them when it is convenient, and they are suitable for many occasions. I have always been a firm believer in making a cold desert when we have guests, it leaves me free to enjoy the company and is a lot less stressful, some of these recipes I am sure will be very useful in the future.

A great book full of delicious recipes.
