Comment by Stacey Donaldson on March 23, 2013 at 8:27pm When I connect with a book on an emotional level, that's when I know that it's good. When I have to close it up just so that I can contemplate the characters thoughts and ideas and how they relate to mine, that's when you know it's more than good. The Unfinished Life of Elizabeth D. is more than good! Read my full review here:

BEAUTIFUL BASTARD BY CHRISTINA LAUREN
I laughed and I had a lot of fun! A great moment of indulgence with this corrosive romance …
Christina Lauren's writing skills are sensual, hot and straightforward.
A delight!

SLEEPING WITH DOGS AND OTHERS LOVERS
BY JULIA DUMONT
A very short rather dynamic novella, easy to read and fun about the dating process. It follows the adventures of Cynthia's strange customers.

Alana Waverly is a professional woman victimized by a failing economy. Her relationships with men have failed just as much as her attempts at finding gainful employment.
Dylan Clayburn is drawn to the beauty that lives in his apartment building. Every time their paths cross, he is drawn to her like a moth to a flame despite her indifference towards him. He is a man who loves a challenge and uses his charms to slowly chip away at her hard exterior. But when Alana is injured in a terrible accident, she shuts down and pushes him away.
Rising from the ashes once you hit rock bottom isn't easy. Neither is the journey along the road to self-discovery. But the end result proves awe-inspiring for Alana when Dylan presents her with the wonderful possibility of not just believing in love, but falling passionately in love as well.

Comment by Lori on August 9, 2012 at 11:41am I have a copy of Wendy Holden's newest release, "Marrying Up", for grabs! "Marrying Up" has been called "a Cinderella story for the beach bag" and is full of crazy love, snobbery and naked ambition.
Sound good? Would you like your own copy? Visit my site at the link below and leave a comment, telling me who you think America's version of Great Britain's Will and Kate are and you're entered to win! Last day is Friday, August 10. Good luck!

Do you really know how you would handle it? Are you sure? What would you do—what could you do if your first love, the guy that taught you everything about love came back into your life? What if he never really left? You married someone else, you have kids, you made the good and moral decision to be faithful, to move on. But this guy is always there for you when you need him the most, and he is so deeply embedded in your heart and soul, there is no saying no. Can you love two people with complete passion? Do you feel something must be missing somewhere? Maybe not. Sacred Sin, a modern, racy love story lets you decide what is right or wrong, because Jenny can’t.
