My military thriller, Hell & Gone, has already received some nice reviews. Those are always good to get, so more are always welcome. But I'd really like to get some reviews for my adventure anthology, Virtual Pulp: Tales of High Adventure, Low Adventure and Misadventure. It's the length of a short novel, comprising 5 short stories in different genres, and is the first of many such books I'd like to publish.

But to justify publishing more Virtual Pulps, it has to be profitable. To for people to buy copies, they have to know it exists. And so on. Reviews on blogs would help, especially when also posted on Amazon so I can begin that slow, painful climb up their relevance ladder.

I'll paste a cover shot and blurb below:

From medieval Europe to Reconstruction; from a post-apocalyptic future to an alien world's Dark Ages, the drums pound in adrenaline-charged unison. Strap yourself in for a wild escape from the
mundane, into adventures that transcend space and time.

Allan of Barnsdale pledges loyalty to a doomed knight in exchange for inspiration to craft his tale of King Arthur...never imagining they are
en route to an ambush by outlaws in Sherwood Forest.

Pick Garver returns to his hometown after the Civil War a hero to some, a turncoat to most, and less likely to be with his true love than when he left.

Three warriors from vastly different races must battle a sorcerer, an invading armada, and each other, while desperately seeking honor in a world where treachery is the norm.

Mechanic, armchair engineer and hot-dog pilot Rebble Rauser and his fellow citizens of the "Barbarian Nation" protect their sovereignty with blazing wing guns; but an old rival of Rebble's
makes a surprise visit during a war in a chaotic American future.

Virtual Pulp # 1 brings you new pulp-flavored tales in different genres, combining intelligent storytelling with the imaginative adventure-lust of
yesteryear.

Both titles are available in paperback and e-book, which would of course be free for anyone willing to post a review.

I can be contacted via my profile here, or directly to machinetrooper (at) gmail (dot) com.

Thanks!

Thanks, ladies, for your reviews! Jamjenai recently received her copy so I look forward to that one as well. I'd still like to get some more for Virtual Pulp, but I thought today I would solicit reviews for my military thriller:

This rag-tag gang of has-beens has never worked together before, but Dwight "Rocco" Cavarra has less than a week to train them and lead them on the hairiest operation of their lives. It's not bad enough that they have to plow through an African civil war, infiltrate a fortified terrorist encampment and steal a black market tactical nuke from a mob of fanatic sociopaths - there are Israeli wild cards in play: two death-dealing Mossad agents who don't necessarily share Cavarra's agenda. When the mission is compromised before it has even started, Rocco and his Retreads are caught between bloodthirsty local warlords and the genocidal government in a fight to the death. And this battle might be just the first in the next world war.

Any more adventure lovers out there?

If you still require reviewers, I would be interested in print copy, I have no other means of perusal at the time present...

I book review for... One Day At A Time ~ http://www.bookreviewsandotherstuff.blogspot.com  or you may email me at heavensent1 at yahoo dot com
