Marta and Drey - blog tours are tons of fun. You basically just talk about/review the book on your blog, talk about the author, other works they may have, etc. You can pretty much do it however you like. The idea is to just basically spotlight the book and tell your feelings on it. I hope that helps! I do many tours through Pump Up Your Book Promotions and they are just so much fun!

I've never hosted one, but from what I can tell it can a variety of things--Q&A with the author, guest blog post by the author, giveaway...at least those are the things I always see at blog tours.
