Please Provide Info re: Bostick Communications Review Copies

In February I hired a book PR firm. Details of contract aside, Bostick Communications was not mentioned as a marketing tool. Yet, I have received, directly through my personal web site, e-mails from book bloggers saying they never received a copy of the book, Painting The Invisible Man. I am no longer contracting the PR firm, but I do want to ensure that all bloggers requests were honored.

I'd be grateful to know
1. who received the e-mail from Bostick,
2. who received a copy of the book,
3. who requested a copy, but did not get a response.
