Stacia Brown's new historical novel has, at its heart, a love story but it is set during a time of great political and religious upheaval - a time when unmarried women could be hung if their newborn infants died or were stillborn. Read my review of this gripping novel at http://popcornreads.com/?p=2902.

Comment by Richard Avery on February 12, 2012 at 12:59am Hello Everyone,
Check out my new psychological thriller about how American will go down. The Apostle John outlines end time events in the book of Revelation, but leaves out those things spoken by the Seven Thunders in Rev 10:4. Do you want to know what they said and the horrors that lie ahead? Here's a brief view: Angels slaughter mankind without mercy. There is no defense against an invisible enemy, but government leaders must try to halt the genocide. The lead investigator assigned to the case is a young, good looking guy who's boinking his female partner - well not really, because he can't get it up. She's frustrated - he's frustrated, and all the while, there is an unexplained escalation in the birthrate across the northeast. The whole thing tanks in a matter of months. Even the President is powerless against such a formidable foe. You won't believe what happens to the lead investigator and how he ends up. Nothing is as it seems The country will never be the same again.

The clock is ticking as crime consultant Scott Drayco and "the world's most diminutive defense attorney" Benny Baskin play games with a dangerous killer in order to save an innocent man from going to jail.
Why is the killer texting cryptic poems to Drayco on his cellphone about stolen Egyptian figurines, and what do the messages mean? Was the murder a crime of opportunity or was it planned all along for more sinister reasons?
Drayco races around Washington, D.C,. trying to find the answers and avoid becoming a puppet, as the killer pulls the strings.
