Hey everyone - I'm relatively new to Book Blogs but wanted to share something I've been working on as a side project for about a year. I have my own book review blog (www.hejenemy.com) and wanted to find a good way to advertise it, but without having to spend money. I ended up building a blog button / blog ad sharing network called Good Impressions. It's totally free to use.

It works by creating an image/text button style advertisement for each blog in the network, and then showing that button/ad on the pages of all the other members in the network.

Anyway, like I said, I've been working on this for a while and am looking for a few folks to signup so that I can make sure there are no bugs or anything. Let me know if you're interested! I'm happy to work with folks directly to help design their buttons as well.

The website to signup or check it out is www.goodimpressions-ads.com. It's super easy to install, and there is no creepy privacy stuff either - I'm just trying to make a blog networking tool.

Right now it only works on blogger.com / blogspot blogs. (Unless you're comfortable editing the HTML on your site).

My own book review site, showing an example button ad is www.hejenemy.com - please check it out!

Anyway, would love comments if anyone has any. I think it's a great way to network your blog, but maybe I'm overlooking something? I'd love feedback (good or bad) so that I can make the service better.

Thanks, Andres

NetGalley goes to the Folio Prize!

NetGalley goes to the Folio Prize!
