Networked Blogs: A Facebook App

Does anyone use the Networked Blogs Facebook app? I'm interested in following more blogs via the app. My Wordpress RSS reader seems a bit bogged down lately. I'd also appreciate more followers :) Here's my blog address on the app:

What is the Facebook app? I have two blogs, one on my website and a separate blog, thebookwriters. I notice there is a networked blog url followed by a blog name with spaces.  How do you set this up and what are the benefits?
