After reading the below description and you are really, truly interested, complete the form HERE
If you have questions, you can send me a note here or at maryinhb@gmail.com
This form will be shared with established members of my group to see if they are a good match with your blog and content.
It is a beta site, so if you can't deal with bugs or glitches, it is probably not for you.
You must devote about 5 minutes a day clicking on a tweet button to reposts your fellow members tweets. The posts are streamed into an easy to follow and use website. Just sign in, click and you are done. The other members of your group do the same for you.
I have a mix of authors and book bloggers in my group. I know other members that are specifically looking for authors in similar genres to work together in gaining a better audience.
You can check out the site HERE
We don’t have any.
The really cool thing about Triberr is that I’ve spend many weeks searching for a service just like it. Alas, I didn’t find it. So, with the little help from my friends, we’ve created a unique service.
The closest are twitterfeed.com and dlvr.it. However, there is no group-wide (or tribe-wide) functionality. It’s strictly for loners. Well, that’s no fun.
But joking aside, that is actually the best way to get into Triberr.
You could also browse the list of tribes and request to join by making your case. This will allow tribal chieftain to “check you out” before sending the invite.
If you are an awesome blogger with super-engaged following on Twitter, every Tribal chief would be lucky to have you so your approval is pretty much in the bag. Especially if you pick a tribe where YOU can help THEM and not the other way around.
Once you’re in, you are given 3 tribes of your own and you can invite blogger/Twitter friends to join thereby quadrupling your reach. You can use Bones to grow your tribe. see What Are Triberr Bones.
We think that close circle of quality bloggers within the same niche will likely have many of the same followers. It wouldn’t be good if a follower was to see the same tweet by 7 bloggers one after the other in his or her Twitter timeline. So, we stagger the tweets in approximately 40 to 120 minute apart.
We are working under the assumption that most Twitter users use Twitter for about 20 minutes at a clip.
Also, we are constantly working on adding new features like tribr.it button.
This button will maintain the count (the same way tweetmame or tweet button does) of retweets PLUS it will allow people visiting your site to tweet from it as well.
This will generate a tremendous amount of social proof. (as in, if its been tweeted 30+ times, its got to be good.)
You also get to network with people who have been pre-vetted for quality and extend your community in the process.

Here are some stats from my group:
One member increased her twitter followers from 200 to 700 in about a month. These are real followers!
One author in my group had her book reach the top ten on Amazon's ebook sales right after my group tweeted about it.
My own followers have increased from 2300 to 2650 on twitter, my blog followers are going up by at least 50 per week.
I had one of my reviews reposted to twitter over 30 times in 3 days, which made the author incredibly happy since it reached over 50,000 people on twitter with just one post.

Thanks so much for this great information. Friend and fellow Book Blogs member Jonathan Allen told me about this and tried to get me an invite, but the group he was petitioning with said they only accepted members with at least 1000 followers. I'm a far cry from that, but I'll go up to the form, and if you have an connections, I'd love it.
Thanks again for this post and hosting a great group here.

Wow, Mary, I hope this works out like it should. Thanks for sharing this, but then you're always there to help others.

Mary, what happens after we fill in the form? Do we wait to here something back?
Permalink Reply by Lupdilup on December 27, 2011 at 8:50pm Do you still have invites? I'm in another tribe already, but I don't think that matters, do you?
I review audiobooks (mostly romance) I only have 320 followers on twitter, so let me know if I can join your tribe.

Permalink Reply by David Callinan on February 24, 2012 at 1:36pm Does it mean that a person's tweets are dominated by retweeting those of the tribe?
If you have more than one blog how does this work?

Permalink Reply by Makayla Thomas on March 19, 2012 at 12:50am I have a few friends that swear by Triberr. I just have to try to get my twitter up so that I can actually be invited to a tribe. lol

I am already in a tribe for Canadian Bloggers, but would love to get into a book blog tribe. I don't have a million followers but I am trying to build the book side of things. Let me know if there is still room!
