Hi all,

It has been a long while since I've posted. My battle with cancer continues. It keeps coming back and each time it is harder on me physically . It has been nearly 4 years that I have been fighting.

One thing I can say is my writing has helped to fight. Through it, I am able to escape and dream. Fortunately, I was also able to finally publish a total of 4 poetry books.  yeah! Oh...and desperate for reviews.

I still have a couple of novels put up on a dusty shelf. Since diagnosis, I seem to  have a writer's block I just can't seem to steam my way through. However, I am working on a living journal about my experiences with cancer. It is my hope, to have it published.

Oh...one last thing to note...I have been inspired to create a Soc Network for authors, writers, editors...anyone interested in books in any way. I'd like for all members to feel free to advertise on their profiles. I aim to set up a bookstore where we can all sell our books. Also, it will be a place for us to support one another with advice and help. I will have various groups...a proofreaders groups, a library, a helpful links group, reviewers, etc...

I have taken the steps to begin creating the site. However, it is still largely in the dream state. I intend to create something informative, fun and inspiriing.  In fact, I will have something set up about mediation and relaxation, for those who are stressed and need to clear your minds of clutter. I would be curious what you think of my idea...whether it is weak, needs to offer something more (which I do hope it will, as I create it).  I am interested in your thoughts whether positive or negative. I

It is my hope to get back into bookblogs. I do miss it. I have been both buying and reviewing many of your books.

take care...hugs n blessings to you all...Nae

Hello all!
My name is Jennifer L. Oliver. I was born and raised in North Carolina and now live on Florida's gulf coast with my husband, two cats, a dog, and multiple fish. I'm the author of dark urban fantasy and paranormal thrillers. When I'm not writing, you can find me giggling with my granddaughter and enjoying time with my family.

The Unnamed is my debut novelette and prelude to the upcoming novel, Haedyn, due out this year. For more about me, feel free to visit my website at www.jenniferloliver.com or follow me on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

Here's a little info about THE UNNAMED:

A demon who wants souls; a child born to stop him.

The demon Azazel will stop at nothing to corrupt souls, even if he has to make his own. But in doing so, his process mistakenly creates an abomination more powerful than he imagined: the Unnamed.

A blind orphan, Haedyn has never fit in with the other children. But when she comes face-to-face with pure evil, she discovers that she's not even human. She must decide what to do in a world where she doesn't belong.
