I've just joined this group and need more info regarding the mailing list. My book Stir, Laugh, Repeat is a cookbook plus. It consists of recipes from the past and present but all are simple with suggestions for ingredient changes. I've also included stories about the recipes, mistakes I made while working them up and tips to make cooking easier. This is the perfect cookbook for young adults learning to cook and experienced cooks who can't spend all evening in the kitchen.
