What We Are Planning To Happen At Octour

Here is what we are planning to happen at Octour so far. If you have any other ideas we would love to hear them!

1) An exclusive version of all our titles eBooks will be sold and made available for giveaways for all participants. These eBooks will have unique touches added to them by the author.

2) Exclusive interviews on each blog that participates

3) A big giveaway at the end. Each blog (that wants to) gives away something at the end of the tour on October 31st. The catch is though in order to get the giveaway the follower of the tour has to get through a maze we will build. As you work through the maze you will be taken to areas that feature your blog. You blog will have one clue to help them get through the maze.

4) Live chat for those that wish to host a live chat. If you do not have the capabilities we can send you a chat box widget.

If you have any other ideas that you think would be really unique and get your readers to participate let us know!

-Did you mentioned somewhere the author or it's not decided yet? I might missed it.
-At the giveaway, if we choose to do it, it has a certain book to be given or whatever we want?

I love the idea of the maze - I can't wait to see it. My question though - the invitation you made where we sign up our blogs really slows down my computer or a I get a message "shockwave has crashed". Is it going to be a shockwave program?

You mentioned it's an ebook - do I just go to dreambooks.com or something to see the list of books available? Is there anyway we can get a hard copy? Or would we have to purchase it?

The server we use (WIX) requires the most up to date version of Flash and Shockwave to operate properly. It can operate with older versions however if you have other flash or shockwave items open it may cause them to crash. WIX is working on a fix for us.

Do we need to put in our request for the book we'd like to read? I think I may be doing your review on my GivingNSharing site as it's an adult book and not a "family" oriented book. I'd be glad to donate a family oriented book on my Family Living blog since you don't see to have any children's books (unless I missed them). It would be the 13 Ghosts of Halloween, that way families could be included in the blog tour. Let me know if that's OK.

Also, there is supposed to be a giveaway - what would we be giving away at the end? The book we read? (I'm talking about your companies books, I'll do the 13 ghosts book myself.)

Yes the book that you feature during the tour will have a select number of books available for giveaway.
