You probably already read these, I love them, but in case you haven't I would suggest the whole Mayfair witch series by Anne Rice. It's a three book series starting with The Witching Hour, Lasher and Taltos. P.S. I heard they were making The Witching Hour into a movie or a tv series, does anyone know?
Seriously, check out Kate Perry's guardian series. She is going to be HUGE once she catches on. So far one book has been released and the second one is slated to come out next month. I love her!
If you are a fan of the Anita Blake novels you should look into the Merry Gentry novels ( also by Laurel K Hamilton). The first book in the series is A Kiss of Shadows.
I like Accidental Werewolf, Accidental Vampire and Accident Human by Dakota Cassidy and the Riley Jenson Guardian series and my absolute favorite - Sookie Stackhouse Mystery by Charlaine Harris

I highly recommend the Darkyn series by Lynn Viehl, the first book is If Angels Burn. The author also has a blog that updates just about every day at Paperback Writer that's usually a fun thing to read.
I love, love, love Christine Feehan's Dark Series and the Drake Sisters Series. Another good author is Alyson Noel. The two that I've read - Evermore and Blue Moon are relatively close to the Twilight saga's, so that's probably why I liked it so much, lol.
omigosh you abosolutely have Have HAFTOREAD Nalini Singh's Psy/Changeling series starting with Slave To Sensation. I just found this series (as evidenced by my fangirl post) and am in absolute love with it.
I would also rec the In Death series by JD Robb (Nora Roberts), plenty of romance but more of a mystery/thriller series. Lastly I haven't read them, but have heard great things about Meljean Brook's Gaurdian series. They are on my wish list.
