I've started a 'Books By Indie Authors' board on Pinterest so if anyone would like me to pin an image of their book cover(s) to the board then please post your blog address or an alternative link where I can find an image of your book cover(s) and I'll get it pinned as soon as possible.

Thanks for the replies. I've used the book title and author name for the pin comment, except for repins where I just left the original comment.  Anyway, I've got everyone pinned now so once again if anyone would like to add a description to their book cover then this is the link to the board:

I can repin it if you'd like. The only thing to consider is that the image on amazon is a little bit smaller than the image on your original link, but it's no trouble if you'd prefer me to pin from your amazon link.

I'd definitely recommend joining Pinterest. I tend to find that I log on for five minutes and end up spending half an hour on it. Also, for authors it's useful because Pinterest add a link under your pins which links to the page on the internet where the image was originally pinned from.  I've pinned my own book cover from a page on my blog, but obviously pinning from amazon is useful as well because then the link goes directly to your book on amazon.

That's one of the reasons I don't want to join! Between Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Good Reads, here and my blog, I don't seem to get any work done. I have to be the worst procrastinator on the face of the planet! Most likely I'll join soon. :) I think it's great that it links back to the original location. Saves a lot of time and effort in having to load a photo and then place a link in the comments. I can definitely see the benefits on that side of it. Yes, shall definitely give it a go at some point! :) xxx
