Sci-fi/dystopian short story for 99 cents (Kindle):

Maiden Voyage

Security Chief Nina Rekovic reluctantly followed her lover to join the crew of the all-female Maiden’s Ark, which left Earth five years earlier. Her job is to maintain the peace threatened by Returners who feel deceived and grumble against the autocratic captain who financed the voyage.

A distress signal says Earth is lost, stranding lunar and asteroid colonists. Someone sabotages the Ark’s vital fertility lab, which is blamed on the Returners. Then Rekovic gets cryptic messages that could be help or part of a trap. While treading a fine line between the Returners she sympathizes with, the dictatorial captain who doesn’t trust her, and her estranged lover who betrays her, can Rekovic solve the conspiracy before she’s imprisoned or worse?

FREE today (Sept 27) on Amazon - Dystopian sci-fi: The 13th Prophet

Mulligan Burke, a hard-boiled, over-the-hill, P.I. who has forsaken the evils of Personality implants, is brought back from Alaska to investigate the murder of one of the Prophets. The Prophets inhabit the highest position of the social hierarchy - they dictate fashion trends. Fashion, in this instance, encompasses much more than clothing. And, as Burke discovers, being fashionable is something to die - or to kill - for.

"A highly entertaining blend of classic Noir and dystopian sci-fi, with a bit of dark humor thrown into the mix."

Hey everyone, my name is and I am a fiction writer currently trying publish my current collection of short stories through reader-promoted crowdfunding on Inkshares.

The project is called "Conversations: A Collection of Short Stories" and it's a result of my fascination with dialogue in both books and film. The book is a contemporary work of fiction composed of conversations, each of which stands as a separate story. These conversations take many forms, and often lead to very different results, but all of them explore the distinguishing marks of human nature.

If you are interested in taking a look, would like to donate or, or think the book is something you'd be interested in and would like to preorder, you can do so here:

Thanks for reading.
