THE KISSING BOOTH BY BETH REEKLES
I found myself hooked by the characters. I was very surprised with the result and enjoy myself immensely. I was even conquered by the end that is more mature than many romance for teenagers. Frankly, a great discovery.

A girl severely traumatized, a guy all too familiar with death – what do they have in common? Find out why I recommend this YA debut novel as a summer read at http://popcornreads.com/?p=6081.

Comment by Ottilie Weber on May 25, 2013 at 11:43am Today I'm doing a cover revealing for my YA novel Family Ties today. The photo was taken by Mae I Design Regina Wamba!
Family Ties
Stories told by word of mouth can get twisted or lost. Abby grew up hearing about her great-grandmother Emma, a royal who left that life to come to America. Yet when Abby takes a summer job with her best friend Cory, she feels eyes on her. When she is kidnapped after leaving work, Abby learns there may be a hidden part of her family tree...

INK BY AMANDA SUN
PAPER GODS VOL 1
A wonderful change of scenery with a dive into the manners, tales and legends of Japan that suddenly are awaken to light.
Refreshing, exciting and poetic, this book blew me away.
I liked the supernatural scenes, the fighting ones against the ink, as much as the real fights in Shizuoka's streets and parcs.
A beautiful novel that won me over.
