Giveaway/Review of UNDER THE SNOW by Melissa Stewart

This book would be a great book for your child. It would also be nice for the classroom or school library. Now I am a grandmother and I have a special bookshelf for my grandkids when they come to visit. So I will definitely add UNDER THE SNOW to Mamaw's Bookshelf.

Womens Rights

My Review of Band of Sister by Cathy Gohlke.

A book two young women in 1910 that left their poverty and abuse in Ireland to go to America land of the free looking for a better life.  But at that time it was not a land of the free for women.  Videos I found about Immigrant Women,White Slaver, and Women's Rights.

My Review/Giveaway of NIGHT OF THE SPADEFOOT TOADS.

This satisfying story explores the powerful impact of our actions on the world around us. 

It is so refreshing reading about this little guy that has so much passion about saving this habitat. The author is not just an amazing story teller he has written a tale about a legitimate cause.  Have you every really looked into how many creatures are ending up on the endangered species list?  It is so sad!

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am publishing a series of essay collections called Essays For Hope. The money raised from these ebooks will go to specific charities.

I am looking for more writers to donate there time and effort by submitting an essay for one or more of these collections. In exchange for your time and hard work I will give you space in your bio to include websites where readers can find you and your books. I have decided that I will also do two things on the website, (1) add your bio on to the website (2) give you a spot on the website to include links to buy your book. There is no payment for your writing (all money goes to charity) but hopefully with the extra promotion, you may sell a bunch more books! Once the books are published I am going to be doing a huge marketing campaign to promote these books over the holiday period so that I can hopefully be presenting a few nice cheques to the organizations in the early part of January.
