America has so many great conventions and gatherings for its authors, why aren't we doing the same here in Europe???

Great idea to have a European writers group. I am a dutch writer that lived for 20 years in Scotland and now since 2011 in France. Europe, it's culture and languages are my inspiration. I'm not sure if I can attend the convention but I'm certainly want to be kept updated.
