Winter Social! March 5th, 6pm at Golden Corral

You're invited to attend our Utah Book Blogger winter social on Saturday,March 5th at 6pm held in the banquet room at the Golden Corral at 655 East 7200 South in Midvale. The cost is $9.89 per person and does not include drinks or server tip.

The Golden Corral will be great in consideration of cost, ease of location, and that it's buffet style which will make it much easier for us to socialize. In consideration of all the other attendees and the restaurant's time, we do ask that you make every effort to arrive on time. And unlike last year, we SHOULD have the banquet room.

You may RSVP here or email utahbookbloggers (at) gmail (dot) com so we have an idea who is coming, how many to expect and what not. Unlike last year, we will not be sending out individual invitation emails to bloggers (we'll make sure to hit up the authors though!). This group is becoming so large (and that's a GOOD thing) it's just becoming harder to do so. You'll need to make sure to subscribe to updates here or on our blogs to receive social notifications.

We will also be holding a book swap as well, so bring a used or loved book to exchange.

Let any of us know if you have any questions. We are really looking forward to hosting this event for Utah Book Bloggers and our local authors. See you there!

Darn! My parents will be out of town and so I'll be at home tending the siblings. And Midvale is so far away. Plus, I have a personal grudge against Golden Corral. *sigh* Looks like it's not meant to be. Again.
