The Sand Prince by Kim Alexander

The plot is interesting, the characters are good but the story takes too much time for the action to really begin. Frustrating as it could be, every time I was on my way to put the book down, the author was coming up with new twists that kept me interested.

Shattered Blue by Lauren Bird Horowitz

And Bang! The last scenes are full of revelations.
Nothing is black and white. Got really frustrated with the end because I was ready to give up on this love triangle when the author has succeeded in hooking me again. So Grrrrr!
Don't know if I like it or not. Will need to read the sequel to make up my mind. ;-)
Nicely done by the author!

In Plain Sight by Senayda Pierre

The author has a way with emotions. Lovely read!

Love stories with legend and spirit animals... This story is more about true mates, destiny, choices and the impact of family history and education on our way of dealing with life.
It was really a cool awesome read.

The Rest Falls Away by Colleen Gleason

It's a mix between a debutante story with dancing bals, gowns and love story and a debutante training to become a vampire hunter. The plot is nice even if I would have prefered more actions and blood.

And the ending is good. It has piqued my curiosity.
Great read to pass an entertaining rainy sunday!

Wicked Cravings by Suzanne Wright

Really like the author imagination and way of attracting the reader to care for her personages.
A cool moment to spend with funny crazy touching lethal people.
Cool entertaining read.

Feral Sins by Suzanne Wright

I've liked and was hooked by the romantic and pack plots as well as the backgrounds stories.
Funny read with a sassy female character.

Menagerie by Rachel Vincent

Very good surprise!

The story is well written with blood, suspense, racism, question about differences, acceptance, love, the value of a life… A lot of very modern questions cleverly hidden into a great story.

Like the plot with the Ménagerie full of mythological or fantasy creatures… Really cool read!

By Kelly Risser
Publisher: Clean Teen Publishing
Published: May 2015 (ebook) June 2015 (print)
ISBN: 978-1634221009

Genre: YA Paranormal

One clue… what does it mean?

Ken, the leader of the Blue Men of the Minch, has kidnapped Evan. Before they left, Evan was able to leave a package for Meara―her grandfather's necklace wrapped in a cloth napkin with one word written in blood. Azuria. Unfortunately, Meara doesn't understand it and neither does her dad or Kieran.

When Dad and Aunt Brigid attempt to rescue Evan, Meara and Kieran begin to train the clan on how to fight and defend their home. A war is brewing, and Meara is determined their people must prepare for the battle. The training sessions are long and arduous, but the Selkies work hard to learn.

Meanwhile, Evan wakes and finds himself in Belle Tresor, the home of sirens. He's bound to his blue form, unable to transform to human, and Ken has plans to use Evan's powers to destroy the Selkies. Thankfully, he's not alone. He befriends a siren named Deanna and several Blue Men. Can he trust them to help him escape or do they have ulterior motives?

As both sides prepare for an ultimate confrontation, the stakes are high and friendships are tested. Some will rise to be victorious. Some will be destroyed. But love and loyalty will be always remembered in this exciting conclusion to the Never Forgotten series.
