CLOCKWORK PRINCE BY CASSANDRA CLARE
THE INFERNAL DEVICES BOOK 2

"The Infernal Devices" is a series that, in my opinion, surpasses in depth, darkness and awful twists the ones of "The Mortal Instruments." It's a pleasure and a delight to follow the trio: Tessa, Jem and Will in their extraordinary adventures. I can not wait to get my hands on the "Clockwork Princess" in March!

Happy reading …

NEED BY SHERRI HAYES
FINDING ANNA VOL 2

I read the first installment of this series and I was quite puzzled and disturbed by my reading. Indeed, the subject of slavery and unconventional sexuality were subjects difficult to digest. But my curiosity led me to continue with "Need" to see how the situation would evolve.

Quite frankly, the end made me forget the few lengths of the story to let me excited to get my hands on the next volume.
A gripping tale even if the subject is surprising!

RISKING IT ALL BY JENNIFER SCHMIDT

The writing is fluid, enjoyable and the author knows how to give goosebumps to its readers. An exciting novel with a male character, far from being a prince charming but honest enough to admit it.
Funny, touching, frustrating, exciting, sensual this book will not leave you indifferent ...

THE ASSASSIN’S CURSE BY CASSANDRA ROSE CLARKE

Original! That's the word that has come at the end of my reading. This story takes you in the wilderness, at sea as well as in the forest or in the disreputable streets of the East. Scenery guaranteed with chills and witchcraft as bonus. Lovers of pirates, magic and the supernatural, this novel will hook you.

Perfect to unwind after work by traveling with your imagination!

BLOOD HEAVY BY S.L.J SHORTT

A robust and spicy flavored story that changed from the one the reader are used to browse this past years.
Sure there is some paranormal creatures but the context seems real and believable.
In this book, there's action, fightings mostly diluted between the verbal sparring matches from the different characters that are very, very funny.
A real treat!

THE ENCHANTED TRUTH BY KYM PETRIE

A revisited fairy tale very modern and easily to read.

Fun, this short novella is good advice for women who rely too much on their half to be whole and happy. Also a fresh look and criticism of contemporary women.

SLAVE BY SHERRI HAYES

Strange and disturbing, this story is none the less captivating. It made me ask many questions.
In short, my feelings are conflicting as to the subject of the book. As for the characters' s psychology and how the author did not leave me indifferent, leads me to say that this novel is worth exploring.
As for you, I hope you would try to form your own opinion about this book ...
