Share 'Blog Hits'

I write a blog using blogger. I currently have around 30 followers, but I am constantly hearing people mention their blogs getting 'hits'. I am guessing that if you get a hit, someone has visited you're website, but not necessarily followed it. How can I view how many hits I get on my blog ?  Thanks, Melissa. Book Nerd & Critic.
