Share 'Bling for my blog???'

Hi All, I am looking to add some bling to my blog. I love when a reviewer adds something to the end of their reviews ex: 4 hearts, 3 stars, 2 lips, 1 and a half roses etc   or things like the book was 4 chilis hot, 3 flames hot etc    or an "I recommend" button I am only somewhat computer savy so where/how can I go to design some of these things or have them done for me?   Thanks for any & al…
