Share 'Flirting with Forty tour Need some Help!!'

My blog is on Wordpress, and I'm still new to all the gadgets and gizmos. I wanted to add a video of the trailer for the Flirting With Forty movie. I followed all the directions for posting a video to wordpress (I don't just want an http link, I want the trailer on the blog.) but it's still not showing up on the blog. Anyone familiar with Wordpress who can walk me through it?
