Share 'Blogging'

I am new to blogging and would appreciate some help, maybe from Stephanie who has been blogging since 2005 or another willing person. I am a recently published author who would love to get my book acknowledged. Do I just let everyone know the title and give some info and hope other bloggers purchase? Do I put it out there in the discussion format or another way?   I would greatly appreciate anyon…
