I see you asking about how to get a blog 'grab' button. They have to be individually made. Some bloggers have programming skills and make their own and others buy them from someone that can do programming! I still have not got one up on my blog yet and I've been blogging for a while now! Another member is trying to help me make one but this is still in mid construction at the moment! ;-)
I personally would not worry too much about a button at the moment. Get your blog the way you want it to look first. Folllowers will join if you have a Google Friend Connect or Network Blogs link up on your site! Feel free to chat or mail me any time.
