About Me:

I am an author and book promoter and an independent book reviewer. I'm a book fanatic and an avid book reader! :)

I have a second (free) blog called Book Reviews By Bobbie where I review books as well...but I am not accepting new titles at Book Reviews By Bobbie.

I love to create watercolour paintings, write stories (unpublished) and I have a partial Diploma in Environmental Technology. I am a very happily married woman with one child and I live in Alberta, Canada :)

I simply LOVE books and they have been a life-long obsession for me.
I have a real soft spot for Historical Romance novels but I read and review books from many other genres as well.

I read your blog on your Top 10 Favourite Movies and you have quite eclectic taste! They are definitely an interesting combination. I think I would find it really hard to pick 10 and they would probably change from time to time but I love Thelma and Louise, The Fisher King, Crash, American Beauty, Bull Durham, Bridget Jones's Diary, Waking Ned Devine, Saving Grace, Rob Roy, and Don Juan DeMarco. I'm going through a real romantic comedy/comedy phase at the moment because I used to really love all those great mafia movies like The Godfather, Goodfellas, Heat, The Grifters, Boondock Saints, etc. and I still do, but in smaller doses. I also love any period costume dramas and Braveheart although I've lost respect for Mel Gibson. What happened to Mel, eh? So sad!!
