The Artist Within

One of my favorite songs is “Harbor Lights,” by Boz Scaggs.  If any of you have ever had this experience, you’ll understand.  This song resonates so deeply with me that sometimes I tear up just listening to it, it’s that powerful.  The song takes me back to the years after college when I lived in Westport,…See More

Family Intangibles

I went away this weekend.  I packed up a bag, boarded a plane and in just shy of three hours was enjoying lunch with my sister at the Desert Botanical Gardens in Phoenix, Arizona.  With the sun warm on our backs, surrounded by the beauty of the Sonoran desert, we lingered over herb-infused tea and caught up on…See More

Living Consciously ... an Inside Job

I’m sitting at my desk while a carpenter hammers up rows of shelves and builds drawers between perfectly spaced bars that have been measured out in my closet.  Every time the hammer comes down my writing concentration is broken and after awhile I give up and move off to another room.  Falling onto the couch next…See More

A Season's

Summer is fading.  For the first time, a week ago, I woke up and the temperature in the house was sixty-seven degrees.  It's definitely time to kick up the thermostat a notch or two.  I love this time of year, especially in Connecticut where the seasonal changes are so distinct.  I've been up here…

Hi, I came across your blog, and I thought you would be the perfect person to contact.

My name is Jay Siva, the founder of EZBuyButton.com, an easy 'buy book' widget for authors. I'm contacting you today because I think you and your readers would love to know about the EZBuyButton widget I've created.

It is the most advanced 'buy now' widget for selling books. I make it free for authors and publishers, worldwide, to quickly and easily create and use our EZBuyButton widget to place on their website or blog to immediately increase the sales of their books, especially if their books are listed for sale in more than one retail store. I made it super easy, with just a few clicks they just copy & paste a piece of code onto their website/blog, and they're done.

The widget allows website visitors to select which device they'd like to use to read the author's book, and then select their preferred retail store that they'd like to purchase the book from. It also geolocates the visitor's location and will send the visitor to the correct country specific retail store so that they can buy the author's book. The widget is also fully customizable, and the author will have access to detailed real-time statistics of the use of their widget.

I would like to invite you to visit my website, and try out the EZBuyButton widget. I hope you find that my widget will be useful to you and your readers, including all the authors, literary agents, and publishers you're in contact with.

My website is http://www.ezbuybutton.com.

If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them for you. Thank you for your time.

kindest regards,
Jay Siva

Hi, My name is anita buice and I'm new to Book Blogs.  I would love to follow your work and if you'd send me a link to anitawbuice@gmail.com, I will.  My site is anitabook.com as in "I need a book."  I would LOVE for you to check it out and if you like it get ready to send me some books to review.  My address is anita buice, 202 Richards Street, Carrollton, Georgia 30117.  Then just look for the review on anitabook.com.  If you could send multiple books I would use them for giveaways to promote your work and my site.  I look forward to hearing from you and thank you in advance for the time and effort that it takes to make this happen. Blessings, anita of anitabook.com
