One Haunted Story

On a dark moody night, deep in the heart of Horseman’s Hollow, ghouls lurk in the shadows behind bundled stalks of corn and along the lantern-lit path that winds its way toward an old gristmill. They appear before us suddenly, their neon mouths and bloodied faces glaring as they creep and bow, urging us around spooky dark…See More

Fall in New England

My season in Wilton is coming to an end and I’m feeling pretty good about things.  Finishing my new book was my goal and, having sent it off to the publisher, I have a few days to play.  The weather has shifted and it’s chilly.  I can’t sit out on the deck anymore with my morning coffee – instead I throw a shawl around my shoulders and stand for a few minutes looking out over the yard of trees that tower before me in a wash of yellow.  Small dog, Charlotte, is…See More

A Personal Refuge

I’m obsessed with the idea of sacred spaces and by that I mean a place that is a personal refuge from the storms of contemporary life. For many people it’s a place like a cabin in the woods or a house on the lake or in the mountains. One woman I met volunteers at the Dallas Arboretum and goes…

Hi, I came across your blog, and I thought you would be the perfect person to contact.

My name is Jay Siva, the founder of EZBuyButton.com, an easy 'buy book' widget for authors. I'm contacting you today because I think you and your readers would love to know about the EZBuyButton widget I've created.

It is the most advanced 'buy now' widget for selling books. I make it free for authors and publishers, worldwide, to quickly and easily create and use our EZBuyButton widget to place on their website or blog to immediately increase the sales of their books, especially if their books are listed for sale in more than one retail store. I made it super easy, with just a few clicks they just copy & paste a piece of code onto their website/blog, and they're done.

The widget allows website visitors to select which device they'd like to use to read the author's book, and then select their preferred retail store that they'd like to purchase the book from. It also geolocates the visitor's location and will send the visitor to the correct country specific retail store so that they can buy the author's book. The widget is also fully customizable, and the author will have access to detailed real-time statistics of the use of their widget.

I would like to invite you to visit my website, and try out the EZBuyButton widget. I hope you find that my widget will be useful to you and your readers, including all the authors, literary agents, and publishers you're in contact with.

My website is http://www.ezbuybutton.com.

If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them for you. Thank you for your time.

kindest regards,
Jay Siva

Hi, My name is anita buice and I'm new to Book Blogs.  I would love to follow your work and if you'd send me a link to anitawbuice@gmail.com, I will.  My site is anitabook.com as in "I need a book."  I would LOVE for you to check it out and if you like it get ready to send me some books to review.  My address is anita buice, 202 Richards Street, Carrollton, Georgia 30117.  Then just look for the review on anitabook.com.  If you could send multiple books I would use them for giveaways to promote your work and my site.  I look forward to hearing from you and thank you in advance for the time and effort that it takes to make this happen. Blessings, anita of anitabook.com
