namely author interviews and a few like author guest posts. Author interviews are usually between 6-12 questions, they send you the questions, you answer, they post. easy, simple. (although some people come up with crazy questions.) Guest posts are a little different. They can be on any topic you choose.
Examples:
how you started writing,
what inspired your characters/plot/scene etc. Like interviews, but on one topic of your choosing.
After that, you determine what dates you would like the tour to be on. If your book has a theme (like if it takes place on halloween, or christmas etc. it's best to put it near these dates.) After that we find the reviewers.
