Okay I know what u mean. I tried also to cut back on my internet usage. Especially all my networking sites. However, that when out the window. I'm still going strong. LOL.

Yes I've read the Magnus series. Now I want to read her Pride series & her Dragon Kin series. I bought my Magnus books online with B&N. I got 10% off. But if you like, I can loan them to you. Just let me know? When u ready we can met up and maybe do lunch or something.

I'm trying to save up to buy an eletronic reader. I've read a few ebooks that I downloaded onto my laptop (paranormal as well as your basic romance type). I enjoyed the ones I've read so far. You can find a lot of great free reads on-line. Try these:

http://www.scribd.com (sign up is free. then just browse fiction books and is you see anything you like, you can download a .pdf file)
http://www.moirarogers.com/?q=node/322&&book=26 (try Moira Rogers, Honor Bound. I think you'll like it. She has more free reads on her website as well.)
http://www.eharlequin.com/store.html?cid=1316 (Harlequin is giving free reads for their 60th anniversary)
http://vivianarend.com/My_Books.html (I broke down & actually purchased Wolf Signs by Vivian Arend. I really enjoyed this book. She going to come out with a 2nd book in this series called Wolf Fight sometime in October)

I haven't read Tammy Kane but I have her on my TBR list.

I've only read Diana Gabaldon's 1st book the Outlander. I really enjoyed it but haven't had time to read the others. The Outlander was like 650 pages & the next book I need to read, Dragonfly in Amber is like 750 pages. So I've been putting off getting it from the library.

Another series I really enjoyed but haven't finished is Jacquelyn Carey's Kushiel's Legacy series. I read her 1st book Kushiel's Dart but haven't had time to read the others. I so want too though but I'm caught up in so many other books/series. Her books are also long. Like 800 pages. I was hoping I could read all her books in this series before I try her new series, Santa Olivia. But I guess that won't happen anytime soon. LOL.

Okay, Brenda Joyce. Funny thing is when I read that u are starting to read her Masters of Time series, I went back to check my reading log. I know I read her 1st book but didn't like it too much. I swear I also read her 2nd book in the series and also didn't like it. So I stopped reading her. But I didn't have her 2nd book on my reading log and now I can't really remember if I read the 2nd book. So I requested it from the library so I can refresh my memory to whether I read or not. How funny is that? The 1st book I read from her was a historical romance and I didn't like it. If I'm right about the 2nd Masters of Time book and I did read it and didn't like it, then I'm sure about my decision that I do not liking her writing style. You have to let me know what you think. Cause some of her newer books in the series sound good but I've been afaird to read it, fearing I wouldn't like it and it would be a waite of my time. Plus I like to read books in order if it's a series.

Gena Showalter, I have all her books in the Lords of the Underworld series. I enjoy this series. I would like to re-read them before I read her new one The Darkest Whisper which is coming out next week Tuesday. However, I doubt I'll be able to re-read them cause I don't have time. Yikes....reading too many books.

There's an author I really want to read, Dawn McClure. Her first book Azazel is only on ebook so far. Her 2nd book, Asmodeus comes out in paperback, November 1st. She might be an author u might want to add to your TBR list.

Hey, you & I should do a book club thingy. We can pick a book you & I haven't read. Decided to read it and then do lunch one day. That would be fun.

Anyways, I've rambled on...and on... I better getting doing. I have lots to do today. Have a nice day/evening.

Linda Fairstein, NYT Bestselling Author: "A fascinating debut - this novel takes the reader to the darkest places in the human soul, from a writer with the authenticity to lead us there. A stunning thriller and an important read."

Judge Judy Sheindlin, star of the Judge Judy Show: "The seminal work of this fine author kept me glued to my chair until the adventure was over and the mystery solved. A great read!"

Book Synopsis:

The sleepy town of Newbury, Connecticut, is shocked when a little girl is found brutally murdered. The town s top detective, perplexed by a complete lack of leads, calls in FBI agent Leia Bines, an expert in cases involving children.

Meanwhile, Dr. Peter Gram, a psychiatrist at Newbury s hospital, searches desperately for the cause of seven-year-old Naya Hastings devastating nightmares. Afraid that she might hurt herself in the midst of a torturous episode, Naya s parents have turned to the bright young doctor as their only hope.

The situations confronting Leia and Peter converge when Naya begins drawing chilling images of murder after being bombarded by the disturbing images in her dreams. Amazingly, her sketches are the only clues to the crime that has panicked Newbury residents. Against her better judgment, Leia explores the clues in Naya s crude drawings, only to set off an alarming chain of events.
