I was recently at my local Target, looking just for stuff, really. Since I just moved, there are some things I need in this new place that I didn’t have before.
Anyway, I pass the clothing section and I am just in love with tons of the dresses I am seeing. This happens everywhere I go. [...]
I’m not sure if it was a legit comment or not, but someone asked if I intended to post about Michael Jackson dying. Truthfully, it had not even occurred to me until it was suggested. And the reason it didn’t occur to me is because his death really doesn’t affect me.
I will admit that I [...]
Starring Christian Bale & Heath Ledger
I was gonna list all the people starring in this movie, then I remembered there are a ton of them so I decided against it.
As you can possibly see, I haven’t actually restored all the content here yet. I debated about not posting anything new until that’s done, but I’m [...]
I did a really stupid thing recently, and I unintentionally deleted ALL the content here. Which I feel so dumb about. Let this be a lesson, internets, do not update your website while tired!
I’m in the process of restoring everything, but it will be several days at least before things are back to normal. So [...]
Starring Janeane Garofalo, Ian Holm, and Peter O’Toole
One night last week, I sat down on the sofa with my boyfriend and we were discussing what to watch. This movie came on and despite neither of us really having any interest in it, we watched it all the way through. Which is undoubtedly the mark of [...]

My name is Chris Tusa, and I'm a writer from New Orleans. I am writing because my debut novel, Dirty Little Angels, is now available, and I was hoping you might be willing to mention it on your blog (or review it). If you're interested, I'd be glad to send you an e-book version of the book. Just let me know. I've included a summary of the novel below:
Dirty Little Angels
Set in the slums of New Orleans, among clusters of crack houses and abandoned buildings, Dirty Little Angels is the story of sixteen year old Hailey Trosclair. When the Trosclair family suffers a string of financial hardships and a miscarriage, Hailey finds herself looking to God to save her family. When her prayers go unanswered, Hailey puts her faith in Moses Watkins, a failed preacher and ex-con. Fascinated by Moses's lopsided view of religion, Hailey, and her brother Cyrus, begin spending time down at an abandoned bank that Moses plans to convert into a drive-through church. Gradually, though, Moses's twisted religious beliefs become increasingly more violent, and Hailey and Cyrus soon find themselves trapped in a world of danger and fear from which there may be no escape.
